2-BIT EXPLORER
2-Bit Explorer

You ring thrice, and you feel great pressure...

I opened one of the fan gates on the surface, but I couldn't find the open gate. I think it was in the east garden, but I'm not sure. Maybe the stairs behind the gate were already accessible by another path, which would explain why it didn't seem like I had unlocked anything new. Could that be what happened?
Also, I could only find two people to sacrifice to Limos: Antoine, and Ana.
Also, am I supposed to get something from Ana after giving her the music box?
Is there a walkthrough like the 1st game? I'm at the eye corridors and it's not clear which corridors are being "watched". I've tried every direction to no avail and I don't know how to go back either (without an old save/new game, of course).
I found a way thru trial-and-error that didn't seem to make any sense except the last step.
This game is much harder than the 1st and there's no map whatsoever this time.
Hello my friend! If you pay attention to the directions the eyes look you'll see that there will be one direction no eye is looking, unless you already made a wrong turn, in which case all directions are being watched.
Hope you find you way in the labyrinth! Best of luck!
My bad. I somehow missed the passage to the hammer.
One serious question though (I assume the answer might be "game logic"): why do dark/unlit passages have invisible walls that vanish once you get a torch?
Hello there! You are correct, that is game logic basically. Those walls are there to prevent players from getting lost inside dark corridors and getting stuck.
SPOILER ALERT
Do you have to side with the Lord of Bones to make any progress in the game? All the lore points that being a bad idea but I don't know what else to do.
Not that I'm sure it will help: I tried with a separate save doing so and I easily got killed by the Stargazer.
Hello there! Yes, accepting the training of The Lord of Bones helps you fight the other Gods, which is necessary for 2 of the endings.
How many endings can I do without it? I got the Twilight Zone one.
Stuck on two things that I'm sure will be dead obvious once I see it, but right now nothing is coming to me....
One is how to get to that stairwell on the bottom left - I know that's an exit, but heck if I can figure out where the entrance is.
The second thing is what to do in Twin Halls?
Any advice would be appreciated!
Edit: Got a tip about waiting in the dark corridors, which answered both these questions. Just have to go poke around some places for one more ebony ore. Thanks!!
I have no idea where the bottom left tablet fragment is and I think that's the only thing I'm missing
which temples have you been to? don't forget that there's one that's a screen down from the starting area before the labyrinth.
I think I'm in the similar situation.
I got 3 tablet fragments. First one nearby the place where I got helmet, second one at the temple where I got fan, and the third one at the temple underneath the starting house you mentioned.
Else, I found a door-like thing near the 4 statue puzzle which I don't have any clue to open it and an empty pedestal at the temple in the lost city.
I upgraded all 3 tools from the blacksmith to slay Argos, Limos and Mammon only to get the new key. Also found all 15 shared to get access to the hint room, followed the masked man to the edge, and gave the music box to Ana. Now I have no I idea where I should go to proceed further.
ok, the door near the library requires a reversal of thinking, and that's the final temple. The temple in the forgotten city is for assembling the tablet. Other than that, you're good to go. You've met the bard, right? :D
I finally found the final temple, but the combination doesn't seem to make sense to me.
First combanation is 1-2-3-4. 3 and 4 are raising their arms outwards. (3 is raising right arm while 4 is raising left arm)
And the 'reverse' combination seems to be 4-3-2-1. 4 is raising left arm, 3 is raising right arm. So this time, they should raise their arms inwards like they're reaching for each other's hands. And I've tried this combination before writing that reply.
But the real combination is 3-4-2-1. They're raising their arms outwards again.
Or another reverse combination might be 3-4 / 1-2 (reversing the 2 blocks). But it doesn't fit to the real combination either.
Hello there! The second combination is not actually the reverse order of the first one, but the order in which the statues stop before opening the first gate. When you solve the puzzle, they move until they stop and then they move again. The order in which they stop is the key for the second gate.
Hope this helps!
hey, have got to the final battle (with the moon), any tips on how to win it? nvm, got it :D
Nice! Glad you got to defeat it!
I've gotten almost everything, but I'm stuck on 13/15 shards. The only places I think they could be are one of those pushable blocks to the left of the entrance that I can't figure out how to get to, that unused temple with the eye symbol on the ground, or the three pushable blocks on the way to the elevator but I just can't figure it out.
the portable blocks near the elevator- 1st, I would look at the answer straightforwardly, keeping my mind on 1 goal. Get what I mean? :D
Now I've got 14, no idea where the last one is, though.
I just can't figure out how to get to the pushable block on the bottom of the screen here.
isn't the greenery near one of the temples lovely? I especially love how many blossoms each of them has :D
That was the final shard I needed, thanks
Where do I find the portable fan?
your guess is as good as mine...
Edit: there is a door you need to unlock first, try indoors....
Hello my friend! Try finding secret passages on your way back from getting your Hammer! If you have proper vision, a temple is revealed! Best of luck!
So i need another gear?
I only have sword, bell, hammer and Torch
I found sara's music box, but the sister gave me nothing
